A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet improvements - supplementary consultation
Overview
Update: The consultation formally closed on 28 July. However, the survey remains open until 15 September for a small number of people, who had delayed access to the necessary information, to give them the full time to respond.
We're consulting on proposals to upgrade the route between the Black Cat roundabout and Caxton Gibbet roundabout.
We’re planning to improve journeys between Milton Keynes and Cambridge with a new 10-mile dual carriageway and new and improved junctions along the route.
This will help bring communities together and support long-term sustainable growth in the region.
Why your views matter
We’ve listened to your feedback from our 2019 consultation and are proposing some changes to the scheme. This includes changes to the development boundary as well as changes to areas such as landscaping, flood management, and local access. Some of these changes will bring environmental benefits but there also some impacts to consider. We want to hear your views on these proposals.
Your feedback will inform the development of the scheme, up to the point at which we are ready to submit our application for planning consent.
