A19 Moor Farm Junction Options Consultation
Section 1: Introduction
Thank you for taking part in our public consultation. We want to understand your views about the proposed options for the A19 Moor Farm junction.
Your feedback is important to us and will be considered as we continue to develop the project, alongside information and findings we gather from further surveys and assessment work.
This consultation will help to inform the selection of a preferred option for the junction, specifically between Option D and Option E. It will also guide elements of the detailed design for the selected option. At this stage, we are seeking your views on what matters most to you, and what factors you believe should be considered in selecting the preferred option. The scope and physical extent of the scheme, as well as the overall project aims, have already been established and are not part of this consultation.
Before completing this response form, we recommend that you first read our Consultation Brochure and other supporting information.
We’d like to hear what you think, so please share any ideas, local knowledge, or concerns that you may have about our proposals by responding to our consultation using this form.
Although this online response form is the most effective and efficient way to submit your feedback, we recognise that some people may prefer to respond in other ways. Alternative methods for responding to the consultation are outlined below.
- Email: A19moorfarm@nationalhighways.co.uk
- Hard-copy: complete a consultation response form (available at our events, at local venues or on request) and return it by post to: Freepost A19 MOOR FARM JUNCTION (no stamp required).
- In person: complete a copy of our printed feedback form and give it to a member of staff at one of our consultation events.
The consultation period runs from Tuesday 16 June to 11:59pm on Tuesday 28 July 2026. All responses must be submitted by the closing date and time to be considered as part of the consultation. Feedback received after the consultation has closed may not be considered.
Please see page 6 of the Consultation Brochure for more information about this consultation, including our events and how to view our consultation materials.
When completing this response form, it would be very helpful if you could support your responses with additional explanation and detail. If you want to provide further information to support your responses to our questions, please reference the question it relates to. This will help us to understand the basis for your answer, inform our assessment of your feedback and help us to accurately reflect what you have said in the Consultation Report.
In the interests of transparency, it is our intention to publish a summary of responses received during this consultation on this page. This summary will reflect the key themes and issues raised but will not identify individual respondents or reproduce personal responses.
In the event we are required by law to identify respondents and make a disclosure of your consultation response, to the extent we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify you prior to such a disclosure and will take into account all reasonable requests made by you in relation to the content of such a disclosure.
To get help with filling in forms or if you require alternative formats of our consultation materials, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0300 123 5000 and tell us what help you need. They will put you in touch with a member of the Project Team to support your needs.
