National Highways Southwest Regional Stakeholder Survey 2025

Closes 3 Apr 2025

Opened 6 Mar 2025

Overview

620 miles of motorway and strategic A-roads are at the heart of the Southwest’s economic potential.

Set against some of the country’s most stunning scenery with its enchanting areas of outstanding natural beauty, our roads keep people moving. By maintaining and developing our roads, we ensure the region can cope with the 21.4 million extra visitors that flock to the Southwest each year.

We support industry, helping small and large-scale businesses reach key markets, while providing access to international air and sea ports. We work with developers to keep unlock brownfield sites, and we maintain the two main crossing points to Wales. We connect people and communities; we connect the Southwest with the rest of the world.

Help us improve our motorways and A roads by better understanding your needs

We would like to hear your views on how we work so we can continue to improve engagement throughout the Yorkshire and Northeast region.

Our 2025 Regional Stakeholder Survey will take approximately five minutes to complete and will help us understand what you think, what we are good at, what we need to improve, what your priorities are and what we need to consider in the future.

Anyone with an interest or who is impacted by our business can take part. We want to hear from a wide range of people – whether you use our roads or are impacted by them, such as living or working near them.

Your answers will be kept strictly confidential
