National Highways Stakeholder Sentiment Survey 2026

Thank you for taking part in our 2026 stakeholder survey. This short survey should take around 5 - 10 minutes to complete and is designed to help us understand how well we listen, communicate and engage with the people and organisations we work with, and where we can do better.

We’re keen to hear from anyone who interacts with, is affected by, or has an interest in our work. Whether you use our roads, live or work near them, or engage with us in a professional capacity, your perspective is valuable. All viewpoints are welcome.

The focus of this survey is your experience of engaging with National Highways, how accessible, responsive and effective we are, and how our behaviours and ways of working are perceived. It is not about setting future road investment or strategic priorities.
