A19 Downhill Lane junction statutory consultation

Overview

Following our non-statutory consultation, which was held between 21 November 2016 and 6 January 2017, feedback was considered in the development of the final design which resulted in a preferred route announcement in June 2017.

We are now proposing to submit an application for a Development Consent Order (DCO) in spring 2018.  Before we submit our application, we are consulting further on the proposals. This is a statutory consultation In accordance with the Planning Act 2008.

The consultation period will commence on 11 September until 22 October with consultation events being held on 22 September and 23 September. This is an opportunity to hear any views people may have on the proposed scheme.
